The theme of the game is spring while with a calming soundtrack it is a great follow on from previous Christmas expansion pack.

As with previous bloons games your cute monkey is situated on a static platform armed with darts plus other weapons such as boomerangs, which of course your monkey throws and they return eliminating more balloons as the levels progress. It's a very colourful backdrop with the theme of Spring in mind while of course the balloons themselves are very bright changing colour depending on how many times they are hit.

The Spring theme includes pretty flower balloons and bee balloons both of which help to increase your balloon count. Some levels allow you to increase your dart quota so your monkey can fire three darts at a time popping more bloons. When the flower balloons are popped a lovely pattern appears that contains more bloons, so it is important to pop the flower bloons before the bee bloons. This is because the bee bloons in turn pop the flower bloons for you as bees are attracted to flowers. It makes sense really. Some levels are different in that your monkey has to get rid of the barriers before he can start popping bloons so you have to try to break down the barrier without using your quota of darts. Don't forget you need more darts to pop the bloons encasing the flowers and bees.

All these little additions make this balloons game more interesting plus a little harder to complete so it is more exciting and challenging. Some levels are actually quite difficult such as blocks that surround bloons which have to be eliminated to get to the bloons inside. This sounds simple but don't be complacent as you need to save enough darts to pop the bloons once you have eradicated the barrier. Practice makes perfect with this while finding just the right angle will eliminate the blocks more than one at a time.

Bloons Spring Fling can of course be made easier to play with the spending of mochi coins. These will help you to buy more darts for monkey to fire or work out your angle of play to make your aim more accurate.
